Process/FAQ

PLEASE NOTE:

    • All bookings require a $50.00 non-refundable retainer fee to secure the requested date. This fee will be subtracted from your total session price. In case of needing to reschedule due to illness, inclement weather conditions or other emergencies, we can do so within 14 days of your originally scheduled date without requiring a new retainer.

 

    • In the case of desired location having an admission fee, parking fee or a fee for use of facility for photography purposes, this fee will be added to the package price.

 

    • A travel fee will be added to on-location sessions as follows:
      • Location within 15 miles of 33157 zip code: no extra charge
      • Location within 16-25 miles of 33157: $30.00
      • Location within 26-50 miles of 33157: $50.00
      • Location 50 miles away or more: to be discussed on a case by case basis

 

  • Payment is due in full on day of session. We accept checks, cash or credit card payments. For credit card payments, a small fee set by the bank applies.

 

  • Sales tax is not included in collection price and will be added according to Florida tax law.

 
PROCESSING TIMES:

  • Our post processing time varies between 2 to 5 weeks after final selections are received and payment has been received in full, depending on current volume of work. We strive to deliver your images as soon as possible, however, editing is an art and takes time and dedication. Every image will be carefully crafted to reflect the beauty you expect and the quality you deserve.
